Outside of the usual German suspects (Brabus, Lorinser, Carlsson, etc.), Wald International of Japan is one of the world’s most prolific providers of visual tuning parts for Mercedes-Benz vehicles. So it’s only natural that the company would cook up one of its famous Black Bison body kits for the flagship of the recently-established Mercedes-AMG sub-brand, the GT. New bumpers, side skirts, a rear spoiler, a rear wing and optional front canards give the modded mega Merc a sort of “Black Series lite” look, and a set of Wald wheels finished in satin black add to the purposefulness. The reddish-orange accents on the Tokyo Auto Salon show car aren’t our thing, but we find the plain black-on-white scheme to be all kinds of scrumptious.
