VIDEO: Dubai Police Shows off Its Fleet of High-Dollar Rides

Playing a recent Need for Speed game requires a healthy suspension of disbelief on the part of the player; after all, no real law enforcement officials patrol the mean streets in supercars costing six- or seven-figures, right? Well, Dubai Police – the agency that protects and serves the flashy emirate – has news for you. As you can see in the above video, Dubai’s finest roll in the likes of a Nissan GT-R, Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, McLaren 12C, Ferrari FF, a Brabus-tuned Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen and, oh yeah, a Bugatti Veyron. Granted, they seem to use these high-class cruisers as community outreach and public relations tools rather than battering rams against street racers who are also in supercars, but Dubai Police has nevertheless fitted them with all of the standard markings, lights and other equipment you’d expect to find on a cop car. Kinda makes us hope an Arabic Blues Brothers remake happens in the next few years…
