This is the Kahn Design Land Rover Defender The End Edition, My Friend

Today, January 29, 2016 is a date that will live in infamy among fans of rough-and-ready, keep-calm-and-carry-on British off-roaders, as the very last Land Rover Defender directly descended from the original Series I of 1948 rolled off the assembly line at Solihull, West Midlands. Fortunately, Kahn Design – arguably the world’s preeminent Land Rover and Range Rover tuner – was ready, and created a mournful matte black Defender 110 called, quite simply, “The End Edition.” Equipped with the company’s widebody kit and other exterior parts, a set of Kahn’s 20” Mondial wheels, and a thoroughly redecorated interior using diamond-stitched leather and gray tartan, this modified mud-slinger is a stunning send-off to an icon of the automotive landscape.
