Despite all the moaning and pouting from Porsche purists about the reduction of driver involvement and analog-ness in the current 991-based 911 GT3 and GT3 RS, they’re still chock full of legit go-fast tricks. This is particularly true of the RS, with even wider fenders with air extractor vents, a bigger rear wing and other goodies. Now noted Porsche tuner TechArt has a kit to make this tuchus-motored track toy even more hardcore, by replacing all those black plastic exterior vents, lips, endplates and other doodads with carbon fiber copies. Not only does the woven composite (available in your choice of a matte or gloss finish) remove some weight and add some strength, but it also looks monumentally cooler. And for some folks, that’s all that matters.
