So, You Want to be a Valet. But Can You Drive A Flying Spur?
Most of us know how to drive, even those who lack skill and common sense. But driving an exotic car is like someone asking the pitcher of your company’s softball team to start a game in the majors. It’s a whole different league and another ballgame entirely. So, what do you do if you are a valet and you are handed the keys to a Ferrari F430? Do you sit there in the driver’s seat with a blank stare and a stupid look on your face as the car behind you starts honking or do you cowboy up, kick in launch control, start tapping paddle shifters and hit a four wheel slide coming out of the zone? The Valet Spot wants you to be able to perform the later, sans the craziness.
As such they have started to create a section on their site that is an exotic car guide. Right now they just have coverage for the Bentley Continental Flying Spur, Rolls-Royce Phantom and Lamborghini Gallardo but look for this to get fleshed out over the coming months. It’s definitely worth checking out if you have never been in one of these supercars and are curious.
