The Tesla Model S is already a pretty flashy vehicle, but Japan’s Office-K knew it could make the all-electric American super sedan even flashier. Initially, it just bolted on a set of 22” INSETTO-ECL wheels from Forgiato and lowered the suspension, but the team soon realized that it didn’t look different enough from stock. So it added an Artisan Spirit body kit, but it was so subdued that the Office-K crew knew it still needed more, which is where the full-body chrome wrap comes into play. The end product is quite possibly the most conspicuous example of a car that embodies conspicuous consumption yet is itself a poster child for minimizing consumption. Let’s see Freud peel that onion…
