Novitec Rosso 488 Spider N-Largo is Open for, and Is, the Business

Back in May, the Ferrari tuning branch of the Novitec Group, Novitec Rosso, revealed its all-in upgrade package for the 488 GTB, the 488 N-Largo. And while we love the fixed-roof 488 GTB, we love the retractable hardtop 488 Spider even more, because it’s basically just as stiff, just as weatherproof, and only an itty bitty bit slower. Now the good news continues, as the availability of the N-Largo package has been extended to the droptop.

As you’d expect, you get the same superb widebody kit as the coupe (albeit with different rear quarter panels that allow the top and its tonneau cover to go up and down), along with a rear wing, split-spoke alloy wheels and a suspension lowering kit. And the 3.9L twin-turbo V8 has had the same top-to-bottom going over that the Novitec gives the one in the coupe, meaning it now makes 762 horsepower and 658 lb.-ft of torque. No performance or pricing info has been confirmed as yet, but we’re guessing they’ll be in the vicinities of “crazy fast” and “very expensive,” respectively.
