While applying the VIP treatment to the rough-and-ready Jeep Wrangler seems an odd choice to a lot of us, it certainly hasn’t deterred Kahn Design from doing so. And one of the latest vehicles to receive the British outfit’s CJ300 treatment – this hardtop-equipped, Sahara-trim Wrangler Unlimited with the not-for-America 2.8L inline-four turbodiesel – looks so sweet it kinda starts to make sense. The dark green exterior with matching top, the satin black 17” wheels, quilted and perforated black leather seats and a set of white-on-red gauges from Kahn Design’s Chelsea Truck Company brand conspire to create one of the classiest hardcore off-roaders around. And Kahn Design has priced it accordingly, at about $57,000.
