When compiling a list of the must-attend European gearhead events, the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este – happening this weekend on the grounds of the historic Grand Hotel Villa d’Este on the Italian shore of Lake Como – should have a place reserved for it near the tippy-top.
