2009 Detroit Auto Show: Revenge Designs GTM-R

Revenge GTM-R

Revenge Designs is a tuner company that has been flying under the radar modifying various gm products including the Pontiac GTO and Solstace. Now, they are bringing to market their very first OEM offering, the Revenge GTM-R. They have very smartly chosen a proven practice of high-power and low weight. The car incorporates a GM 427 cubic inch V8 putting out 505 HP with 470 lb-ft of torque in a package that weighs only 2,550 pounds.

The basis for the chassis is the Factory Five GTM. It sits on a fully independent, double A-arm, air ride suspensions system. Three settings are available – high transportation, competition/track and anti-theft/non-driveable setting. The engine is mid-mounted and provides a good balance.

Inside the Revenge GTM-R there are touch-screen controls, digital instruments, a backup camera and upgraded sound system. Leather upholstery is available and there are a variety of equipment options. Base price is $145,000.
