Open Positions:

* Bloggers/Associate Editors

We are currently looking for bloggers who can commit to writing 5+ articles per week. That said, there are periods when the expectation may be greater, especially during major auto shows and motorsport events. Passion and quality writing are more important than experience. Please provide a resume (even if the work experience is not related) and a writing sample.

* Event Correspondents (See Description Below)

Immediate opportunities are available at Sub5zero.com for several qualified individuals located in various parts of the country to provide city-based and/or regional event coverage. Candidates should possess strong photography skills as well as a working knowledge of the import & sport compact scene. A strong background or thorough knowledge in performance tuning is preferable.

Candidates need to either own or have access to a Digital SLR or other high-quality digital camera. In addition, candidates must have a high-speed internet connection available to them. And no, Starbucks WiFi doesn't count! The position involves attending and covering motorsports, car shows and auto enthusiast events to provide still photography as well as editorial content. We ask for a minimum of 250 images and basic notes on the event such as the main highlights (we provide a template). For those individuals with a strong writing background, feel free to provide a 500 - 1000 word article that is both informative and entertaining. If we dig it and it gets published, we will provide additional compensation.
