A Kahn Design recently created a special expedition vehicles umbrella, known as the ‘Chelsea truck company’, to focus on creating stunning SUV designs. Fresh on the heels of their solid Land Rover Defender Concept 17 Wide Body, Kahn has now trained their sights on the new Jeep Wranger CJ300 model. Dubbed the Matte Pearl Platinum editions, these models feature a host of various upgrades both inside and out.
The exterior mods include an industrial mesh grill, copper finished brake calipers, Kahn enamel wing shields, a smoked black fuel filler cap and xenon crosshair headlamps along with an optional quad exhaust system. In addition, the hard top, door mirrors and rear light sections are color matched with the body and there are revised side and rear panels.
To finish off the look, there is a Chelsea truck company spare wheel cover and Kahn enamel tailgate logo. For those looking for rims with subtle street cred, Kahn offers their 20 x 9 inch RS wheels in smoked black which also fit all original centre caps.
Inside, Kahn has also introduced a host of customizations. The front and rear seats have been finished in black leather with orange inserts and carbon-fiber center stripes. The dashboard center console is color matched to the body while the speedometer and rev counter are given orange backings. The theme continues with the gear shifter which is also wrapped in orange accents.
In typical Kahn Design fashion, customers have a wide variety of colors and materials from which to choose. The annual Auto Short Shop in Birmingham, UK will showcase the Jeep Wrangler CJ300 Matte Pearl Platinum by Kahn Design starting on January 10th, 2013.
