HAMANN Victory II Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Delivers the Total Package
Just in time for Christmas, Hamann has bestowed a few gifts on the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4. The German tuner has just released a juiced-up version of the Gallardo with a body kit, more power and some key upgrades inside and out.
The first little gift that Hamann gave to the Gallardo has likely been on the Gallardo’s list for many years: wing doors. The Victory II earned some official Lamborghini cred there. Hamann also reworked the body of the Gallardo with a kit that includes a new rear diffuser, new wing, side skirts, front fenders and front apron. The shop also added 20-inch Edition Race rims wrapped up in 235/30ZR20 tires up front and 325/25ZR20’s in the back, and a carbon layer to the hood.
Hamann appears to have fashioned their creation after Lamborghini’s own Sesto Elemento concept, as they chose a similar deep red for the accents offsetting the matte exterior. The scheme continues inside where carbon upgrades like the steering wheel and sport seats enjoy distinct, deep red accents.
While its distinct look may be the big selling point: the Victory II isn’t only about appearances. Hamann tuned the engine up to 572 hp (from 552) and added 2 mph to the car’s top end (up to 204 mph). To ensure that everyone knows about the extra power, Hamann also added a throatier sport muffler.
There’s no word on pricing for the package, but if you can seriously consider buying (or have bought) a Gallardo without refinancing your home and/or selling all your worldly possessions, we think that you should be able to afford the Hamann Victory II. If not, you don’t have a Gallardo anyway, so no worries.
